The rep who visited our place brought a riser/recliner chair for my husband to test. He was super detailed in measuring for the right size chair to be custom-made in a fabric we liked. He highlighted the solid build, explained the motors, and went over the different models available. We thought it would take 6 to 8 weeks for production, but it showed up and got set up in just 4 weeks. Big thanks to Grosvenor!

The salesperson was super helpful. He took the time to explain everything and was ready to answer any questions we had. No pressure at all, which was nice.

We did run into some issues with the delivery. We had to cancel the first date and it was a bit tricky to reschedule. We were told a couple of times that someone would call us back, but that never happened.

The delivery guys were really nice. They went over everything with us and made sure to answer our questions. Plus, they cleaned up all the packing stuff from the new chair.

My husband is really happy with it; it makes getting up from sitting way easier for him. He did mention that he wishes the remote's cord was a bit longer.

I recently bought my second riser recliner chair from Grosvenor Mobility. The delivery was super quick, thanks to Kevin. The chair is top-notch quality and really comfy. I had a fantastic home demo of an adjustable bed with Daniel, and it happened in under a day after I first reached out. There was no confusing talk or pushy sales tactics. I’d totally suggest this company to others!

This reclining bed is super easy to use and really comfy, perfect for my bad back. I’d definitely recommend it.

(Just a heads up: I got turned down for a replacement cushion for my reclining chair by STAINGARD INSURANCE COVER. They sent me a two-page 'lecture' explaining why I’m not eligible for a new one. All I need is a cushion to help my back, and I’m willing to pay for it if needed. I’ve already shelled out £6,146 for the Reclining Chair and Bed. Honestly, I think STAINGARD'S Insurance Cover isn’t worth the paper it’s printed on. Please send me a cushion for my chair; it looks terrible with masking tape on it for a £2,946 chair!)

I’m really let down by the recliner chair that showed up this week. The seat base feels kinda shallow from front to back, and the leather on the front has some wrinkles. Plus, we were told there’d be a USB port, but that didn’t come through.

I’m on the hunt for a recliner double bed since I’ve got scoliosis. A wonderful representative named Brent visited me, and he was incredibly kind and understanding. He took the time to go over everything thoroughly, which really put me at ease. He totally got the daily struggles I face with my pain. A rep came by appointment after my inquiry, and they were super nice, helpful, and knew their stuff. They brought along a sample to show me, which I found quite satisfactory. When the actual bed was delivered, the two guys had to shift another bed into a spare room before they could set up and demonstrate the adjustable one. They were really helpful and got the job done efficiently. Plus, they took away an old divan for a charity, giving me £350 off the new bed.

Grosvenor Mobility has an excellent sales approach, bringing the product right to your doorstep for a test run before you commit to a purchase. Their factory is located in the U.K., and they were super fast in crafting and delivering our bed. The technicians were skilled, working efficiently and tidily, and they were really helpful and patient in showing us how everything functioned.

To start off, I gotta say how thrilled we were with Chris, who handled our demo. He was super friendly and really helpful. We discovered we had a lot in common, which was lovely. He showcased the chair excellently, and even my husband, who wasn’t too keen at first, was quite impressed once he tried it out. Although we mentioned that the chairs were a bit out of our budget based on the price he provided, Chris managed to lower it by considering various factors like VAT and our health issues. We’re excited to enjoy our chairs in the future, and you can bet we’ll share another review once we have them!

I’ve never regretted that choice and love sitting in it every single day. What a game changer for comfort!
